Congratulations, SA Trainees!
First of all, a huge congratulations to all our trainees for successfully completing their Certificate III qualifications! It’s been a big year, and your hard work and determination, especially in the final push, have truly paid off.
Each of you has had a unique and fulfilling journey that has allowed for significant growth and development within the aquatic industry. We can’t wait to see you around the South Australian sites, continuing to make a difference as part of the BlueFit team!

Caitlin, your commitment to learning new skills and your display of teamwork and leadership throughout the year have been outstanding. Congratulations on this well-deserved recognition as our SA Trainee of the Year!
A special mention also goes to Chloe Hudson and Jamie Rogerson for your exceptional commitment and dedication this year. Well done to both of you!
Update on the SA Consultant Role
As many of you know, I’ve recently returned from maternity leave and hit the ground running! I’ve taken on a new role within BlueFit, which, unfortunately, means I’ll be stepping away from my position as the SA Consultant.
It’s been such a rewarding experience working alongside and mentoring all our past and present trainees, and I’m so grateful for the journey we’ve shared. On a positive note, I’ve found the perfect person to take over this role. Lynda brings an amazing personality, passion, and drive, making her an ideal fit for this position. I’m excited to see her work with the 2025 cohort!
Allow me to introduce her:
Hi! My name is Lynda, and I’m thrilled to take on the role of SA Consultant (huge shoes to fill, thanks Jasmin!).
I joined BlueFit in 2022 and, aside from my involvement with LEA, I work across two sites as a Duty Manager, PLG, and Swim Instructor. I’ve been a trainer for many years through my experience with the ADF (Army), and I now enjoy using these skills to mentor and develop young talent.
Welcome to our 2025 trainees—Alex, Demi, Sophie, and Taya! I’m excited to work with you all and see you grow throughout the year.
