Pathway Update
Our Pathway program is growing day by day! The purpose of our Pathway program is to upskill staff members and guide them to develop skills to further their careers in the Sport and Recreation Industry.
Our small Pathways Team welcomes Laura Patel as one of our new consultants as we head into a new recruitment period.
Our current pathway trainees have been working hard in their roles as well as their studies. The LEA team would like to make a special mention of Laura Elliot at Moss Vale Aquatic Centre.
As Laura’s consultant, I have received nothing but great feedback from her workplace managers as well as her trainer for her Certificate IV in Sport and Recreation. Laura is always very prepared for our consultation sessions and is always willing to seek feedback in order to build on her skill sets. Laura is currently working as a Swim Teacher and Lifeguard, she has recently completed her training as a Pool Deck Coordinator and is now on her way to becoming a Duty Manager!
Laura has only just begun her new traineeship journey with us and is already excelling in all areas!
