Trainee of the Year Award
The nationwide LEA Trainee of the year award goes to Victorian trainee Lilu Lacey-Myers. Lilu has shown outstanding commitment and growth throughout the duration of her traineeship. Despite the many lockdowns in Victoria, Lilu has continued to push through obstacles to successfully complete her TAFE course and continue to add to her working hours at BayFit Leisure Centre. Lilu has impressed everyone with her transparency and positive attitude no matter the task. She has attended all of her workshops throughout the year and really made her mark as a Swim Instructor. Well done Lilu, we are excited to see your development in and out of the workforce!
