Pathways 2024
Hi everyone, hope the end of the year is treating everyone well as we gear up for a busy summer and festive season.
We have our current Cert 4 Sport and Aquatic Pathways that will be completed by the end of December. It’s been great to support these trainees and see their progress with workplace goals and theory requirements. A huge congratulations to the following trainees who have successfully completed the program recently:

Exciting News
We are very excited to relaunch a new Pathway Program in 2025 for Cert IV Sport, Aquatics and Recreation. The qualification will be delivered by Southern Education and the team is busily preparing amazing learning materials and exciting assessments for this training package.
This Pathway is ideal for staff wanting to upskill and work towards career roles within BlueFit such as:
- PDC/ Swim School Managers
- Operations Managers
- Facility Managers
