WA Trainee Update
It has been another big term here in WA with all the year 12s successfully completing their traineeship and recruiting 10 brand new faces! We wanted to say a big congratulations and thank you to the Year 12 cohort and wish you all the best for your future endeavours.
We are so proud of the hard work, dedication, and resilience all the Year 12s demonstrated during the entirety of their traineeship and we are so excited to continue to see their smiling faces around the facility! We were pleased to be able to celebrate with them all at our social night filled with games, laughs and pizza of course!
Year 11 trainees have been busily focussing on keeping up to date with TAFE work, as well as completing swim school and lifeguard requalification courses. During their shadow shifts, we have received fantastic feedback from parents, other staff and department managers which has been fantastic to see!
The 10 new trainees are well underway with their shadow shifts, and it has been amazing to see them all dive in headfirst. Thank you to the trainees for participating in a number of events in the lead up to their commencement – work readiness workshop, site induction and qualification courses. We are looking forward to getting to know our new trainees even more over the course of their traineeship and can’t wait to watch them flourish!
