VIC Updates

Over the past semester, our VIC trainees have shown incredible dedication, ambition, and resilience. Balancing their practical work shifts on the floor with the rigorous coursework required for their Certificate III studies is no small feat, yet they continue to rise to the challenge. Their enthusiasm and commitment to both personal growth and customer care have made a massive impact across all our facilities.

We couldn't be prouder of their steady progress. Here is a snapshot of their achievements:

  • ​Eli has been developing strong skills by working consistently week after week.

  • Sapphire has challenged herself in work load as she tackles her SBAT and VCE.

Talia juggles many tasks through her week, but has managed to grow in her reliability, ease when teaching and confidence within herself.

It has been a great start to the first half of the traineeships for 2026, and if these trainees continue the way they are, many milestones, goals and accomplishments will be celebrated in the coming months!
