2020 State Highlights and Special Mentions
On behalf of LEA, we would like to send a big congratulations to Blake Austin who is the recipient of LEA’s Trainee of the year award. Blake was a trainee up in Coffs Harbour and given the premise of the crazy year we have been in, he had managed to complete his hours on time. Blake is a young man who started his traineeship in 2019 and had the most wonderful attitude to work and life. He is dedicated to working and is always willing to learn all aspects of the centre.
Blake has also been given the opportunity to work in Sydney as a full-time pathway trainee. We are so excited to see where this will lead him. Blake is a true embodiment of what an LEA trainee is, which is why we are overjoyed to announce Blake as the winner.
