Completed Traineeships

At Lane Cove, Kristina and Rachel have officially completed their school based traineeship, showcasing their commitment and hard work. As they embark on the next chapter of their professional journeys, LEA eagerly anticipates witnessing their continued growth and future achievements. Kristina and Rachel both shared their experience and accomplishments within their traineeship, and here's what they had to say.

Kristina – Lane Cove 2022 Trainee

Kristina shared her greatest achievement within the traineeship, being nominated for NSW School Based Trainee of the Year and the achievement in obtaining this title. Along with witnessing her students develop skills within the learn-to-swim program and the opportunity in becoming a Pool Deck Coordinator.

"It's been amazing, it's made me such a better person and more confident in my own skin so I say go for it!"

Rachel – Lane Cove 2022 Trainee

"My biggest accomplishment was watching swim school students level up within the program. It's very rewarding knowing how far they have come, from not being able to submerge in the water to swimming independently. My favourite part of the traineeship was meeting different types of people and learning from their knowledge and past experiences."

As we step into the new year, we're sending the best of luck to all our trainees. Here's to a year filled with growth, success, and continued excellence!
