NSW Update
Hurstville trainees are on the move! Just recently 3 trainees Andie Ho, Nicolas Canestro and Evan Jiao completed their traineeship and have expressed how proud they are of themselves as they didn’t think it was possible with all the interruptions the years brought. We couldn’t be happier as they are so deserving.
Our 2021 Cohort are absolutely thriving this year in their new departments and have received some incredible feedback from BlueFit managers. This month we have been able to move them from their core Roles from Lifeguarding into swim school, kids sports and Cafe. This year’s cohort are naturals, they have shown initiative and maturity as they find their feet exploring their new roles. We have 6 trainees training in Swim school who are due to be signed off as competent in the coming weeks.
