QLD UPDATES
New Queensland Consultant – Fran
“Hi, I’m Fran, and I’ve been part of the BlueFit family for almost three years.
I started out as a Learn to Swim teacher, then moved into the Customer Service Officer role, helped out as a lifeguard when needed, and eventually stepped into my current role as Swim School Manager.
Over the years, I’ve had the chance to work with lots of amazing trainees and support them as they grow. At the start of Term 1 this year, I was really excited to be offered the role of Queensland Consultant for Leisure Employment Australia.
In this role, I get to support and guide trainees while showing them just how much a Certificate in Sport and Recreation can open doors, whether it’s in aquatics, customer service, leadership, or beyond. It’s something I’m really passionate about, and I love helping others see the bigger picture and what’s possible for their future.
I’m really looking forward to continuing this journey, supporting more trainees, and helping shape the future of our industry, one passionate team member at a time.”

We’re excited to welcome Ethan C, our newest trainee at Palmwoods!
Ethan is a super organised and eager up and coming team member who’s jumped straight in. Since starting his traineeship, he’s really taken to the Customer Service Officer role and is loving all the different parts of the job from helping customers at the front desk to learning the ins and outs of Learn to Swim admin.
It’s great to see him so keen to learn, and Ethan’s positive attitude has already made him a fantastic addition to the team.
We’re looking forward to supporting Ethan throughout his traineeship and can’t wait to see all the awesome things he’ll achieve. Welcome aboard, Ethan!
