The LEA Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Mentorship Program has been officially launched. The ATSI Mentorship was designed to provide guidance and support to the First Nations trainees while they are undergoing the SBAT. Through the program, trainees will work on their own personal goals, establish careers, build a professional reputation, and connect with their cultural identity. The program is optional and available to First Nations trainees across the nation.
